A major new production for Free @ Last TV and co-produced with Mammoth Screen, Agatha Raisin and the Quiche of Death is a feature length adaptation of the best-selling novel by M.C. Beaton. Agatha Raisin stars Ashely Jensen as retiring PR Queen Agatha Raisin.

Fearsome public relations guru Agatha has escaped London for the quiet life in Carsely, a picture-perfect village in the Cotswolds. Sticking out like a sore but immaculately manicured thumb, she has trouble fitting in. The forty- something singleton does try, though, baking (okay, buying) a quiche to enter into the local contest. When one of the judges drops dead after eating a dodgy spinach slice, Agatha must try her hand at sleuthing to clear her name and find the resident responsible Featuring a stellar cast Agatha Raisin & The Quiche of Death also starred Katy Wix, Matthew Horne, Hermoine Norris and Robert Bathurst.

Agatha Raisin was adapted by Stewart Harcourt, directed by Geoffrey Sax and Produced by Matthew Mulot. The Executive Producers were Barry Ryan and Kathleen Hutchison for Free @ Last and Michele Buck for Mammoth Screen.
